Kitchen buffet with red formica top by Baumann Möbel, oak, 1960s

Oak kitchen buffet with iconic red Resopal top from Baumann. Typical of the 1960s, it features cabinets and drawers as well as four original utensil holders and a compartment for storing supplies – practical and decorative details.

The cabinet is made of veneered blockboard with beech edges, and the shelves and structural components are made of pine. The worktop is covered with red Resopal. The cabinet has plastic handles, drawers, and decorative strips. The storage compartment is made of metal.

The furniture has been sanded and given a glossy finish, while the metal box has been painted matt white. Plastic parts, Resopal, and base have been cleaned to their original condition.
