Desk with glass top, walnut, 1950s

A superb desk with a unique design that allows it to be placed anywhere in the room. At the front, there is a cupboard compartment on both the left and right, with a wide drawer in the centre. All three original keys are included. At the rear, there is an open compartment across the entire width for books or decorative objects. A glass panel is set into the frame on the top, beautifully showcasing the walnut grain.

The desk is mainly made of veneered chipboard with solid wood edges, featuring solid walnut on the legs and the drawer handle, as well as beech wood on the interior components.

The desk has been sanded and finished with a matt varnish. The glass panel has been replaced, so it is free from scratches and dents.
