Danish wall shelf by Hansen and Guldborg, teak, aluminium rails, 1960s

An elegant Scandinavian shelving system featuring a clean, mid-century design aesthetic. The organically shaped brackets and warm teak finish lend the shelving a particularly light and architectural feel. A timeless design piece with a premium look and beautiful proportions. The solid teak bracket elements highlight the high-quality craftsmanship in the classic Danish Modern style.

The shelves are veneered in teak and feature solid wood edges. The wall rails, made of veneered aluminium, allow for variable height adjustment of the 7 shelves thanks to the continuous rows of holes. The drill hole spacing for mounting the wall rails is 85.5 cm.

The shelving unit is in very good original condition with a beautiful, authentic patina. The construction is sturdy, the veneered surfaces are clean and well-maintained, with only slight signs of wear and tear typical of its age.
