Coffee table, Danish design by Magnus Olesen for Durup, teak, 1960s

Great coffee table made of solid teak by Danish designer Magnus Olesen. The darker colouring of the rounded ends of the legs creates a beautiful accent against the lighter-coloured top. This is only laid on top – so can be turned if damaged. The table has been sanded and given a matt lacquer finish, whereby the lacquer has been insulated against the teak oil with barrier primer.
