Armchair, mahogany stained black, vintage from England

Elegant (desk) chair in Regency style with carved ornaments in the backrest. The dark wood contrasts beautifully with the light beige upholstery.

The solid mahogany frame has been sanded, stained black and given a glossy lacquer finish. The seat is newly upholstered with a high-quality, robust fabric.

The chair was made by an English furniture manufacturer (the label was unfortunately lost during restoration).
