Payment
For your purchase, you can choose between cash payment upon pickup and prepayment via the shop function. If paying in cash, please bring the exact amount if possible. The following payment methods are available for prepayment:
- Prepayment via bank transfer
- Debit and credit cards
- PayPal
- Klarna
- Invoice purchase/installment payment (via Klarna)
Once the payment has been received, we will ship your goods (if desired).
Shipping
Worldwide shipping is generally possible. Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer during the order process unless otherwise agreed.
The shipping costs and delivery times stated on the website apply to shipping within Germany (excluding islands). For shipping outside Germany, please inquire separately about costs and delivery times.
The delivery of goods depends on the weight and size and will be carried out either by a furniture shipping company or DHL. Therefore, delivery times vary between 7 and 28 business days from the receipt of your payment. In the case of freight shipping, the shipping company will contact you to arrange delivery. The specified shipping costs include delivery to the curbside. If delivery into your home is required, this can be arranged with the shipping company for an additional fee. Please inquire about this in advance. DHL delivers in the usual manner, leaving a pickup notice if you are not present.
If you have ordered multiple items, we will of course combine the shipment. The delivery period will then be based on the longest item delivery time.
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this immediately to the delivery personnel and document the damage with photos. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Self-Pickup
For self-pickup, please arrange an appointment with us via email or phone so that we can have the goods ready for you.
