(1) These terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts and legal transactions you as a customer conclude with us as the seller via the website https://living-your-style.de/.

(1) The subject matter of the contract is the sale of goods listed in the "Shop" section on our website.
(2) By listing products on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract via the online ordering system. The product description, price, possible shipping costs, these T&Cs, and the notices on "Payment and Shipping", "Right of Withdrawal", and "Privacy Policy" form the basis.
(3) The contract is concluded through the online shopping cart system as follows: The selected items are placed in the "shopping cart." The shopping cart can be accessed via the navigation bar, and changes can be made at any time. Clicking on "Checkout" takes you to the order process. Here, you can apply a discount code, enter your details, and select the payment method. The order details are then displayed in an overview, where you can choose between shipping or self-pickup. Before submitting the order, you can review and edit the details or cancel the order.
By submitting the order using the "Buy Now" button, you make a legally binding declaration of acceptance of the offer, thereby concluding the contract. Depending on the selected payment method, the order process is completed, or the payment provider's page opens.
(4) Order processing and all contract-related communication occur partially automatically via email. Please ensure that your email address is correct and that receipt of emails is not hindered by technical barriers such as spam filters.
