Mirror cabinet, carpenter’s work in flamed stained birch, 1960s

Absolutely unique piece that the seller’s parents had made for their wedding in the 60s. The cabinet is largely made of blockboard veneered with flamed birch. The two original crystal glass mirrors are undamaged, but have a kind of texture and some blind spots on the edge. The entire cabinet has been sanded, the outer surfaces stained dark brown again and given a satin varnish.
